The 2026 Somerset County ADRC Planning Survey - Help Us Help You!
The Somerset County Office on Aging and Disability Services needs your help in planning necessary programs and services for people aged 60 and over, caregivers, and people, 18 years of age and above, living in the community with physical disabilities.
The survey can be completed online at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ADRC2026 by March 31, 2026. A paper version can be requested by calling (908) 704-6346, (888) 747-1122 toll-free, or by emailing OfficeAging@somersetcountynj.gov. Somerset County: Somerset County Offers Free Tax-Aide Program for Residents Starting February 1
Somerset County’s Volunteer Services and AARP have once again teamed up to provide the Tax-Aide program to help residents prepare their taxes. The free, no-fuss, no-muss, tax-counseling service is available to all county residents, but specifically for older adults, residents with disabilities, and lower-income residents who need help preparing federal and New Jersey income tax returns.
Somerset County-Operated Senior Centers Offer In-Person, Virtual & Hybrid Programs
All six senior centers are open on Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Manages NJ EASE - Easy Access Single Entry system for Somerset County's older adults and their caregivers. Assesses needs of older persons and plans programs and services to meet those needs. Offers information and referral services, outreach, senior centers and home-delivered meals, wellness and care coordination, legal counseling and eldercare services.
