Community Calendar
Description:
The Community Calendar is a tool for business, residents, internal
departments, and other organizations, used to promote communication and advertise
local and surrounding events. During membership sign up for the Community Calendar,
users are asked to enter a user name and password. The user is entirely responsible
for maintaining the confidentiality of this user name and password. Please consult
Bernards Township's Privacy Policy below for more information regarding the collection
of personal information for the Bernards Township Web Site.
Posting: Upon completion
of signup, users may post events, information, and any other information they
fell pertinent to the Community Calendar. These posts are subject to review
and approval by Bernards Township, and may be removed from the Bernards Township
Web Site upon review, or at any other time, without prior notice.
Conduct: The user agrees that the use of the Community Calendar is
subject to all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and
regulations, and you are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that
occur under your account or password. In addition, the user agrees not to:
Make
posts with the intent to harass, abuse, threaten, impersonate any other individual
or entity, disseminate obscene, defamatory, indecent, harmful, libelous,
unlawful and/or other objectionable material and/or information.
Use the
Community Calendar for the purposes of sending junk email, chain letters,
duplicative or unsolicited messages or "spamming".
Use the Community Calendar
for commercial purposes specifically for the advertising or offering of goods
or services, excluding events that effect the residents of Bernards Township.

or upload programs or material that contain viruses, timebombs, cancelbots,
worms, trojan horses or other harmful material.
Try to gain unauthorized access
to the Community Calendar other users' accounts, or computers connected to
the Community Calendar though password mining or other means.
Violate any applicable
laws or regulations, including, but not limited to, laws regarding the transmission
of technical data or software exported from the United States through the Services.
Interfere
with another user's use and enjoyment of the Community Calendar.
Mailing Lists
Description: The Bernards Township
Web Site allows users to join several different mailing lists. These lists
are used by Bernards Township to send email to users. The content of these
emails are specific to the mailing list a user joins. While signing up for
a mailing list, a user is required to provide their email address. Please consult
Bernards Township's Privacy Policy below for more information regarding the
collection of personal information for mailing lists and other pages within
the Bernards Township Web Site.
