Pool Commission
Mission:
Meet and exceed our member's expectations by maintaining and enhancing
a safe and comfortable environment for our unique Bernards Township
pool facility.
Goals:
- Complete the plans and specifications for the new water play
area; successfully bid the project; start construction at the
end of the 2006 swim season.
- Develop a plan for the next 5-10 years that will address a
master plan of the pool, membership profile, membership needs,
what financial impact it will have on the membership (i.e. annual
fees) and suggested methods of financing any and all improvements.
- Routinely review, modify and or eliminate pool operation policies
to reflect current needs of the membership.
- Oversee the financial administration of approved budget.
- Monitor staff operations as they impact overall membership
services of buildings, equipment and grounds.

Meeting Schedule:
The Pool Commission of the Township of Bernards will meet to discuss
or act upon public business at 7:30p.m. on each of the dates set
forth below at the Municipal Building, Collyer Lane, Basking Ridge,
NJ unless noted below:
October 27
November 24
December 22
Notice of revisions or additions to the above schedule will be posted
and advertised as required by law.
