Development Applications

Planning Board

·          Faridnia/Fathi, 370 N. Maple Ave., Block 801, Lot 5 – construct Professional/Business office building
The Environmental Commission finds the tree removal inventory and replacement number misleading and would like to see the true count of replacement trees required.

Board of Adjustment

·          Dennis, 32 Forest Trail., Block 2904, Lot 21 – front, side, and side yards combined for additions.

Due to the highly restricted nature of this property, the Environmental Commission is not in favor of any additional encroachment to the wetland transition area. It appears the proposed construction would be less than 20 feet from the wetlands line not providing any protection for the wetlands.

·          Crapanzano, 97 Alder Lane., Block 9804, Lot 49 – pool location
The Environmental Commission does not have sufficient information to evaluation this application. The Commission can not determine if trees are being removed or if this is in a steep slope area.

·          Lailey, 19 Wellington Dr., Block 10602, Lot 10 – pool location
The Environmental Commission has no comments at this time.

·          Moore, 49 Peach Tree Rd., Block 2904, Lot 4 – combined side yard setbacks for addition
The Environmental Commission has no comments.

·          Arthur/Desai, 64 Conkling St., Block 1409, Lot 3 – front and combined side yard setbacks for porch and addition.
