Joseph Speeney called the meeting to order in the First
Floor Conference Room of Bernards Township Municipal Building,
Motion made by Bert Fonde, second by Paula Axt to accept the minutes of June 14, 2010. All were in favor, motion passed.

· Natural Resources Inventory (NRI)—No updates at this time.
· Shade Tree List—No updates at this time.
· Charter Day—The 2011 Charter Day will be held on May 21.

Pesticide
Concern—Ridge Oak will alert residents if they need to apply pesticides.
John Malay will email the Liberty Corner Fire Company as they had pesticide
signs on the property to see if they could also be a pesticide free zone. John
Malay will also contact the Bernards Township Health Department to see if they
will send a mailing to the Home Owners Associations within

replacement number misleading and would like to see the true count of
replacement trees required.

Due to the highly restricted
nature of this property, the Environmental Commission is not in favor of any
additional encroachment to the wetland transition area. It appears the proposed
construction would be less than 20 feet from the wetlands line not providing
any protection for the wetlands.
