  • All driveways shall be a minimum of 10 feet in width, except flag lot driveways shall be a minimum of 12 feet.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 
  • Driveway grades shall not exceed 10% .

  • No driveway shall be located within five feet of a side lot line unless= it is a common driveway for twin, duplex or multifamily dwelling units.=
